Ask a lawyer. But if you cannot restore status and past 90 days then no way to restore. If given a departure order then will want to abide.

If TRV has expired and it is longer than 90 days since expiry then nothing can be done inland. Child is without status, and applies for TRV outland. When did TRV expire?
