I had a few questions regarding the process for SINP Tech Talent Pathway (Express Entry)

The wording on the sinp website has me a bit confused, it states that:
"have worked six-months (780 hours) of full-time (30+ hours per week) work experience in the job with the employer that has provided you the Job Approval Letter. The work experience does not need to be consecutive work experience in either case. If you have not been working for your supporting employer full-time for at least six months, then you must have at least one-year of work experience in your occupation within the last five years."

I have been working at the same company for over a year now.
I started Oct 2023 as a Jr Software Developer. This was a temporary full-time position.
I accept a new permanent full-time position in the same company as a Software Developer starting July 2024.

Does the requirement mean I need 6 months with my employer or my current position?

Also if anyone went through this pathway can you please help me out with some additional questions?

Do you have a JAL or not? If you have a JAL then you are eligible to apply after 6 months with that employer.

If you have a year of experience in same NOC then you should be okay once you get JAL.
Perfect thanks. I had two additional questions:
1) Did you have to provide Proof of Funds for either SINP or EE process (IRCC mentiones no POF needed for CEC but nothing about PNP)?

2) Once you got nominated through SINP and got 600 points do you only get an ITA from PNP draws or even CEC?

Thanks
