Accidentally claimed 50 points for valid job offer post ITA

I selected yes for the valid job offer question when I was filling out my application initially. I've been working in Canada for the past year and have a closed work permit. I received my ITA and noticed that my work permit offer didn't actually qualify for a valid job offer. Now I want to change it but it does change my score - deducts 50 points. I'm still above the cutoff for the round I was in. Should I decline the invitation and reapply or attach a letter that explains the situation and that it was a mistake?
