Hi, I'm a Sri Lankan, lived and worked in UAE for 15 years and migrated to Canada on a 3 year WP, 6 months ago. We got refusal twice for my 7 year old, first I applied prior to coming to Canada and second time after one month arriving to Canada . "The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application"
We are going to apply again, hoping to make a complete set of documents this time with the help of a immigration lawyer. My husband is still n UAE and my daughter is with him. Should we apply from UAE or is it okay to apply from Sri Lanka for faster processing? I see UAE study permit processing time 12 weeks and from Sri Lanka it's 7 weeks. Will that confuse the IRCC because her two previous applications were from UAE (online).
