Hello @Miss bee , thank you for your support. Please I applied via AIP outlander and my application is 8 months already yet no update on final decision. Please do you have an idea of what's the delay is. I received PAL last month, and had my MIL done same last month. It was 8 months yesterday as we submitted in Feb. I have sent couple of webforms no response from them. We are outlander applicants as well. Thank you
Outlander applications are taking little longer these days . You can expect anything end of this year. Your application is processed by local visa officer in your home country.

To link your non-Express Entry PR application (e.g., Family Sponsorship, Provincial Nominee Program, ) to your GCKey account, follow these steps carefully:

Steps to Link a Non-Express Entry PR Application in GCKey:

1. Login to Your GCKey Account

• Visit the official IRCC Secure Login page.

• Select GCKey and enter your credentials.

2. Go to ‘Add (link) your application to this account’

• After logging in, click “Link application to this account” on the main dashboard.

3. Select Application Type:

• Under What program did you apply for?, choose Permanent Residence.

• For non-Express Entry programs, select the specific category (such as Family Sponsorship or Provincial Nominee Program (non-Express Entry)) from the list.

4. Enter Required Details:

You must provide information based on what was submitted in your application. The details required may include:

Option 1: UCI and Application Number

• Unique Client Identifier (UCI): Found on correspondence from IRCC.

• Application Number: Begins with a letter followed by numbers.

Option 2: Personal Information (if UCI or application number is unavailable)

• Family Name, Given Name, and Date of Birth

• Country of Birth and Passport Information

• Application Category (e.g., Family Sponsorship, PNP, Refugee, or Humanitarian)

• Province of Destination (if applicable)

5. Click ‘Search for my application’

• After entering your details, click Search for my application to locate your PR application in the system.

6. Link Your Application

• If a matching application is found, you will see an option to Link this application.

• Confirm the link, and your application will appear on your GCKey dashboard for status tracking.

7. Confirmation and Access:

• Once linked, you can log in to GCKey anytime to check the status, receive updates, or submit documents requested by IRCC.

Troubleshooting Tips:

• Ensure accuracy: All details (names, passport info, UCI) must match exactly with what you submitted to IRCC.

• Try different combinations: If the system doesn’t find your application, try using only your UCI and birthdate or try with passport information.

• IRCC Web Form: If you repeatedly encounter issues, submit a query via the IRCC Web Form for help.

@Miss bee Hope you are well and thank you for all the support

I received my GCMS notes today and it says
Eligibility : passed
Criminality: Passed
Info sharing: in progress
Security: Not Started

They asked for PCCs in ADR. Are PCCs used for criminality, in which case this shows to be passed already
How long can info sharing and Security take, given Security hasnt even started yet

Info Sharing: This is done between Canada and its partners (such as the USA, Australia, UK, etc.) to verify your identity and ensure no previous inadmissibility. It can remain “in progress” for some time, and its completion depends on how quickly these partner agencies respond.
• Security: This is more in-depth and involves CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) and other agencies, especially if there are flags related to national security. It’s only initiated after Info Sharing completes, which can explain why Security has not yet started.

• Info Sharing: Generally, it can take a few weeks to a few months, depending on the complexity and responsiveness of the partner countries.
• Security: This step varies greatly—some applications clear it within weeks, while others can take months or even longer if additional screening is needed.

If the rest of your application is progressing smoothly (with eligibility and criminality already passed), it’s a positive sign. The processing times for Info Sharing and Security can be unpredictable, but you are on track.

Hello @Miss bee

I got my AOR on June 12th and last week, I got asked for CV details (publications and PhD advisor name) and military service details IMM 5546. Can you tell what stage my application could be at? Is it security screening?

I received the same ADR in November 2023, and since then, I’ve been undergoing a comprehensive security check. This Additional Document Request (ADR) is generally not a favorable indicator.

Hello @Miss bee appreciate the above details.
I am of the opinion that one cannot link until you receive AOR. Is that right? I have tried several times with different combination but no luck.

Have you tried contacting anyone regarding this? your processing time is way too long. what are the options if I face something similar to your case?
