Additionally, I have accumulated three months of part-time experience in NOC 33103 – Pharmacy Technical Assistants and Pharmacy Assistants. I am still employed with this organization under implied status, and my employer has secured a positive Permanent Residency (PR) supported Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) in my name.

I would like to inquire whether I would be eligible to receive 50 points for my work experience in NOC 33103, despite it being only three months of part-time employment.

In that case you should be OK. How do you have implied status? Have you applied for a closed work permit based on the LMIA?

Yes, I have already applied for a closed work permit based on the LMIA application submission letter. I received a positive LMIA after my PGWP expired so I created a web form and attached my PR-supported positive LMIA. Now, I am waiting for the ITA. @scylla
