Hi Everyone,
Need some suggestion. Currently residing in Montreal, QC with having a job that matches my NOC title as Quality Assurance Specialist. My current CEC score is around 500 with two years of experience in Canada and ielts bands is 8. With current CEC draw, it is really hard to get the PR.
Any recommendation or suggestion what should the best option in this current situation?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.

Anything else you would think would it be possible? From Employeer we could do anything?
Only if you are applying through one of the Quebec Skilled Worker programs and know French.

I heard one of my friend got PR while residing in Quebec and get letter from Employeer stated that work from home in Ontario.
That was likely through the CEC program and your friend happen to score enough points to be selected. Points have gone up and targets are being lowered next year so scores will go up further. So your focus should be on increasing your score.

Have you lived in any province other than Quebec since coming to Canada? Generally simple letter from an employer is not sufficient to show an intent to reside outside of Quebec.

Are you unwilling to apply through the Quebec program? Is this because you don't know French?

If you want to try to apply through CEC, then you need to increase your points. Learning French is one of the main way to increase your points.
