Hi People,
I need an advice from you guys as I follow this forum very often.
I applied for my families Visitor Visa a few months back. I have a sister, my mother and father. Today, I got my parents visa but my sister visa was rejected saying the following:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
My sister is 22 yrs old and is working for the last 6 months in a company here. We provided all the proof of her finances and her employment from the company and no objection certificate. But still they rejected.
An advice on the same will be really appreciated about how to get my sisters visa. Should I consult a lawyers or should I provide more documents and explanation letter cause my parents cant travel alone and
I want my sister also to travel with them and come to canada as I would like my family to travel together
looking forward to hearing potential advices.
Thanking you.
