Hello,

I came to Calgary, Canada on a dependent visa (work permit) with my daughter who was 5 (student permit).
My spouse went first on closed Work permit.

After 4 months I was chucked out of house by her and her friends and new bees.
False allegations was been put on me.

It’s been 14 months I have not seen my daughter yet. And she is planning to remarry that same guy because of whom all this happened.

I need help & justice from Canada government.
Canada government doesn't get involve in family matter.

You are her dependent so you are at risk of losing your work permit that's applied under her.
You likely will need to return to your home country once your work permit expires.

For seeing your daughter, you need to deal with family law lawyer (if you are thinking of divorce) and for custody of your daughter.
To travel or immigrate with your daughter, your wife will likely need agreement from you. Unless she has sole custody.

Again, this is family matter and Canada government will not get involved. (unless there is abused and that's criminal law. "kicking out of the house" is not abuse... unless it's literally that)

No one here can help you and there are no government officials here. Hire a family lawyer to assist you.
