Unable to digitally sign imm5532

Hello Everyone,

Currently in the process of sponsoring my wife, outland family class application.
Form imm5532 doesn't allow us to digitally sign the form. Do we have to peint out this form, sign, scan and then submit?
Do any form require manual signatures?
Any input on this would be highly appreciated.

Hey, you can either print it out and sign it and scan it, or you can go to the file open it and use the print button to use the "Print to PDF" and it'll create a new PDF, which will allow you to sign it.

We had to do this too.

For the form imm5532 in particular, if i digitally sign it the way you advised, It won't get rejected right? Vs signing it manually?

My wife and I did it digitally. It was earlier this year in May. So it's fine. If I remember correctly it was just typing the name.

Save Print > Microsoft Print to PDF > Change it to a different name, open the new PDF > Sign and Save

I just got home and checked. Yep, it was just a typed name. A lot of the "Signature" part, especially with the digital application, is mostly just typed. So don't worry about putting your actual fancy signatures.
