Hey sir, I’m submit my file for Lmia base on heavy truck driver . But in may 2024 he got me refusal and after 15 days I’m submit my reconstruction request. Also submit Canada MP letter 2 month ago . But still ircc didn’t get any response on my file . How much time taken on my file ….. pls give me reply

I’m apply for work permit on Lima based but he can refused my case . He can gave my refusal for study is not enough for this file. In my case ircc demand secondary and I have already submitted my secondary certificate. After that I have reconsideration appeal on 24 May 2024.Yet he has no response on this . Still I’m waiting? Tell me how much time taken on my file to gave any answer

So you have a LMIA, applied for a work permit and it was refused. What were reasons? What did you show you can do the job - ECA, work experience, provincial license? When does LMIA expire? High wage or low wage?

There are no timelines on reconsideration. Reconsideration is for an error in law not submitting new information.

Who is “he“? So you don’t have the education so you need ECA. So you provided that or not? A certificate is not enough.

How are you going to work in Canada as a truck driver? You need a trucker’s license and you don’t even have a driver’s license.

But you said IRCC asked for secondary certificate. Now you say +2 class certificate. Is it both? Post your letter. You should have reapplied because reconsideration is for error in law, not submitting new documentation.

Who is “he”? If you were asked to submit ECA then you should have reapplied, not apply for reconsideration. Secondary and +2 certificates are not enough. ECA is what IRCC is expecting. Again all you can do is wait but given you have not received any emails about reconsideration that your file has been re-opened, then don’t expect it.
