PGWP AND SOWP EXTENTION

Hi here
Please i have a quick question
My wife is a student and she just completed her degree and I’m on the SOWP visa and we are about to apply to for PGWP and my Spousal Open Work Permit extension… my wife works but I haven’t gotten a job yet because i just moved down to canada from the uk. Will my extension be approved or denied because we are about to apply now… note I don’t have a job yet but my wife works…. Will be waiting for a response

I just completed my and wanted to apply for my sowp extension. Do I need job letter and pay stubs for noc b,teer 1,2,3 or is it ok to have job of teer4,5. My spouse is in canada and working for almost 10 months but I don't have job right now. So jn which case my husband's sowp extension be approved.

If you are applying for a PGWP, for spouse to be eligible for extension, then you need any job (job letter) with paystubs.

I’m about to apply now and on imm70 form it’s asking if I’m applying for the first time… what option do it pick please… I’m on a spouse open work permit and want to remove the condition… i will appreciate your response thanks

I have done my medicals and i am filling the imm5710 for and the third question which of the following are you applying for the options include
1:Apply for a work permit with new employer
2: restore my status as a worker
3:Apply for work permit for first time or with a new employer
4: get a new temporary resident permit(for inadmissible applicants only)

which of the options am I picking please
I’m only just applying to change condition thanks

• On the IMM 5710 form, for 1 a), under “Details of intended work in Canada,” select “Other.”
• Also on the IMM 5710 form, for 1 b), under “Other,” write that you need the conditions removed (not authorized to work in childcare, primary/secondary school teachings, health service field occupations).
