Hi,

I am filing the online application for the PCC from India to save time before going there.

Could you please help me with what to select for the Present Address and Permanent Address?

I think the Present Address should be my Indian address since I will be there.
What about the Permanent Address? Should it still be my Indian address or my Canadian address?

I have my Indian address on my Aadhaar card, which I can take.
My old passport has the Indian address, but my new passport has a Canadian address.

What should I mention for the addresses, and what documents should I provide as proof?

As your in India you need to mention present address and the permanent address same India address
Use only one proof aadhar card should be good .. so the local police will come to the address and verify your there or not …! If your planing to fly out before police verify you must go new web page which apply from Canada so give Canada address as a present address and there will be new colum to mention India address ..
