i am currently on PGWP and want to pursue a BSc degree. Can I get PGWP if I pursue it at DLI college?
No. You can only hold a PGWP once.

There is. An employer can get an approved LMIA so that you can apply for closed work permit.

Yes. Note that the employer is the one who applies for the LMIA.

okay, sorry but just one last doubt: are all companies welcome to apply for LMIA or are they just some specific ones?
Many companies are not willing to go through the process.
