Yes it is inland non express entry

Hi, my work location has been changed as I got transferred to new building. Do I need to inform ircc as my application is in process however I am not claiming any points from this work.

Biometric Submitted: October 08
Biometric Passed: October 08
MEP In tracker: 11 October

Below hasn't changed Since then. Any idea when will the Eligibility and Background Check will be completed?

I have a very similar timeline to you. We inland as well. AOR Aug 16, Medical pass on Oct 10.

Per the June/July AOR trend, I think we should expect an update by the second week of November (about 4to 5 weeks after medical pass).

What’s the status on your tracker for Eligibility and Background? Both in progress?

Now that you have BIL, you should be able to create tracker account. The tracker will be able to show you which step your application is currently at?
