I applied for a trv from outside Canada and I received a correspondence letter(bvl) on 22,july,2024 then on 23rd they updated my account,,but ryt now on 17th October i have checked on my tracker it shows last update was on 4th October 2024 and it shows biometrics completed,eligibility completed but my overall status is closed yet background verification is in progress anyone to help me on this

It sounds like background checks are still in progress which means your application has not been finalized and is still being processed.
