PR Rejection

My application for Canadian PR got rejected because I did not provide a specific documented they asked for. However, I am sure that I sent the document and it shows in the IRCC portal "Supplementary provided", also I have a proof that my document was ready before the deadline. Is there any possibility that my reconsider the decision, I sent a letter with the proofs but still not sure.

You can certain try asking for reconsideration through a webform.

Doesn't matter if it was ready before the deadline you must submit it before the deadline which is based on UTC time not your local time.
