Hi guys i spent 7 years + in canada in order to obtain my citizenship 3 months ago based on asylum ( not political) . as most of you know after several years family getting older and need care. most 3rd world countries there is no nursing homes unless you pay.
basically i have to move there to look after my elderly parents especially that my father had a stroke and surpringly survived last time.
i searched in this forum and have no clear answers unfortunately some are bullying and criticizing others which is disappointing especially on this forum
hopefully some decent people are around for advise
note that i never visited my home country since i applied for refugee and my siblings used to take care of them while i am here .now they all had to move to other countries and have no choice of returning to home land to look after parents
my question is : do i jeopardize my status if i am staying there for a long time .
regards
