Fingerprints I think can be from any fingerprinting agency in Canada. Better call them to seek assistance
Hi Susan,Do we need cpr card as its been more than 8 years i dont have cpr scan copy and the hotel also destroyed the cpr card already. And i did my fingerprint from an agency . Will the good conduct need a scan of a copy as i have all other documents
Hi Susan,
Sorry for the delayed reply, I could not notice civilly on the thread. The process is pretty straight forward. You do not need to upload your CPR. You need to upload scanned copies of following three documents,
1- Biometric page of your passport
2- Passport page containing last RP sticker. Your RP number is your CPR number. No need for the CPR. They have everything in their data base.
3- Fringer print request form containing your personal information and finger prints impression obtained on form templates from a RCMP registered company with their address seal and stamp
You will upload all above referred documents on following portal meant for PCC issuance for person residing abroad, link given below,
https://services.bahrain.bh/wps/portal/GoodConductCertificate_en
After submission online, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your application submission. Take a print out of this confirmation.
Do not forget to obtain finger print payment receipt and confirmation letter from finger print company as an evidence of genuine transaction.
Also obtain an envelope from finger print company with their company name on it.
Once scanning of documents is done, seal your original finger print document in the fingerprint company envelope.
Send this sealed envelope containing your original fingerprints and application request template signed by you through DHL to one of your friend in Bahrain. Please make sure that your friend in Bahrain do not break seal of the DHL packet and deliver it as is to the CID directorate ( Interior ministry office). Also send a copy of application submission confirmation to your friend in Bahrain to print it for CID staff to make reference of the documents delivered to CID staff to your original on line application. Once it is done, you will get PCC in 3 to 4 days.
I have learnt all this through hit and trail and studying available resources and managed to get PCC issued in Week time period last month. Your total cost will be around $100 plus (2 Bahraini Dinar for on line fee and $100) for DHL expense. If you go with the agent, you have to bear all above expense plus agent fee and agent will also ask you to do all this process for him.
If you need further guidance. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
Thanks!
Hi there,Hi,
I got my Bahrain PCC today and it took only 1 week after submission of the documents online. The best part is, we do not even have to send the physical copy of document to CID Bahrain. Please do not spend time and money on Agencies. Thanks

1. Go to above link and give necessary details to download the Application form + finger print forms
2. Fill Application form with required details
3. Get an appointment from local RCMP station which has finger print facility(I did from Halifax) (25$ fee/person)
4. Make sure you get stamp and signature from the person who collected the FP.
5. Get the Finger prints done and Scan with highest quality (1000 dpi was the requested resolution and I did it with very hight quality from Staples)
6. Upload all requested document in the above link and make payment of 1 BHD online.
You are all done!! and just wait for your online copy of the Good conduct certificate. I hope it helps.
You just need to get fingerprints from RCMP and ask them to add the stamp, signature and date. The validation will be done from Bahrain side(Not sure if they do it or not) but make sure you do not submit a fake one. Hope this helps!Hi there,
Thank you for your detailed post; it has been very helpful. However, I have a general question. In the fingerprint requirement section, it states that the signature and validity of the seal must be verified by the Embassy of Bahrain or embassies affiliated with the Arab Gulf states. Do you think this is necessary, and have you gone through this process? It seems that there are no Bahraini embassies in Canada. Could you please let me know?
Thanks!

It should be, but in my case I did it with Commissionaires and they did not accept it. The clarity of the finger prints taken was not that great and it was expensive(60$) too. Then I went to RCMP and did it. RCMP charges only 25$.Thank you for the quick reply.
I noted your response. Should the stamping and signature be done by the RCMP itself? In my area, there are private fingerprinting companies accredited by the RCMP that provide fingerprinting services on behalf of the RCMP. I just wanted to know if that is acceptable, or if we should exclusively get this done by the RCMP.
Alright, Copy that!!.It should be, but in my case I did it with Commissionaires and they did not accept it. The clarity of the finger prints taken was not that great and it was expensive(60$) too. Then I went to RCMP and did it. RCMP charges only 25$.
Stamp and signatures should be from the agency from where you collect the FP.
