I am a permanent resident of Canada, and left after about one year of residence in Canada, due to.personal reasons, I am now heading back to Canada before 1047 days as per the requirement, so what should I put in the arrive can app as.country where I live, should I put canada or India.

The arrive can app is now optional. You can just skip it and continue your journey.
