Did I Just Miss a Crucial Detail in My Girlfriend’s Visa Application?

Hey everyone,

I need some advice about my girlfriend’s visa application. She’s from India, and we applied for her to visit me around December 24th. We submitted her file around September 18th. In my invitation letter, I mentioned how we met in London around her birthday in July, and how it’s been almost 6 months since we last saw each other, so it would be a great time for a reunion.

Here’s what we included so far:

• Proof of her home ties (job letter, savings, family info, etc.)
• Her travel history (visited London 3 times, Turkey, Bali)
• Previous Schengen visa approval

What we haven’t attached yet is any proof of us actually meeting in London. I was thinking of submitting photos from our last meeting via a webform. Do you think it’s necessary? Has anyone done this before? Would love to hear your thoughts!

I held a visitor visa before my husband went to Canada for his studies. I think it's necessary to provide proof of your relationship as part of your girlfriend's travel purpose.
