Counting PR days in Canada with different time zones

Hello,

I am a Canadian PR up for renewal. I travelf or work in and out of Canada. Several times, I return to vancouver post 9PM PST by air. In my CBSA record, they don't show the day I retrurned as a day spent in Canada, but rather mark it as arrival post midnight on the next day as EST.

My question is: If I arrive in Canada at, say for example, 9:30 PM PST in Vancouver on 10th January [which is 12:30 AM EST on 11th January), then can I count 10th January as a day of physical presence in Canada or do I need to start my count from 11th January

Time counts from the moment you enter Canada at that location. The time in Toronto is irrelevant if you are landing in Vancouver.

Hi guys
Want to ask a question
I did my hearing but didn’t get a decision at the end of my hearing, after my Laywer did her oral summary submission.
The member said she needed some time to go through my evidence.
I am so worried it’s been 3 weeks now.
