SOWP not filed yet but wife left for a vacation

Hi all, so my wife first Spousal open work permit application has not been filed yet from our agent because of long weekend. She has both a valid TRV (5 years stamp on her passport) and a visitor record(until november) but today she has left the country for 2 month vacation to home country. Will it be a problem if we file her application coming Tuesday and will this application now be inland or outland ?? Please your truthful knowledge is appreciated

If her TRV is valid, yes.

You said she is leaving and will be outside Canada for 2 months when she applies so she is outland.

A TRV never guarantees entry to Canada. It allows you to present yourself at the border to determine if you can enter or not. Nobody can guarantee she will be able to enter Canada.
