Express Entry residency intent, outside of Quebec intent

Hello, I'm posting for a friend:

I'm a new permanant resident via Express Entry ( not provincial nominee). I landed in Ottawa I have my driving licence, OHIP card everything. I couldn't find a job in Ottawa (other than a Tim Hortons jobby) and now I have a job offer from a Quebec based company in my supply chain field of study . Can I accept this offer without risking my Intent to live outside Quebec ?

No issue although would suggest keeping a record of your attempts to find employment in Ontario as extra proof if ever needed.
