do not bother to send a webform when your are within your timelines.
its no use they will not process it.
for PR application takes from 7-8 months from AOR.
a lot of people here compare timelines which is different per VO and per office handling your accounts. safe to say if you reach P1 then your already approve for PR.
i know waiting sucks but it does not help it would just give you stress. some others tried KAI method to expedite their processing but some dont work. i never tried it

just wait for it. same as me i was delayed 30 days from my wife recieve hers. cards are processed individually.
