Hi there,

- We submitted in March, then got a request for an additional document (Singapore COC) around April.
- At that time we resubmitted everything and simultaneously got a request for a medical for her visitor's visa extension. My wife was issue a visitor record as we specified we are applying for inland PR. Completed the medical.
- May 16th resubmitted the PR application with the new document attached
- May 16th received an email (not AOR)
- The PR Portal is stuck at "Submitted"
- The Application tracker says "Closed" (assuming that is the old application)
- 20 days and we haven't received an AOR yet

Note:
- Canadian Citizen by birth
- Visitor visa was six months, successful extension of 1 year issued Visitor Record
- Biometrics already complete
- Medical already complete via visitor visa extension
- Only one document was asked for during the first application (Singapore COC) and we resubmitted the application within 60 days

Am I correct to assume this waiting time for the AOR is standard?

Hi there, your case is very similar to mine. When did you finally receive the AOR? I have received Biometric Instruction Letter and its completed on my tracker and Pre-arrival letter.
Did you get a medical exam request and if not, when and how long did it take them to update it as completed?

Hi there,

We received an AOR about a month later after resubmitting.

For the medical exam it was very easy to submit. You just submit the forms that the medical examiner gave you as a record via the webform and quote your UCI and Application number.

It was updated within a day.
