I called yesterday but ircc agent said, we do not have access to inform you. i am going to raise webform today

Dude, you don't have to be worried since you received P1 and P2. You will get the ecopr for sure.

Unfortunately we have dependent overseas so we have to follow every steps, if I don’t have it’s no matter today I get it or years later

After ECOPR, how many days does an overseas dependent receive the medical letter and passport request.

It varies from an embassy to another. You may receive the passport request in a couple of months or a couple of years.
