Received NOI but Lost the job

Hello Guys,

Today, I received NOI from OINP employer job offer stream. I have form filled by employer recently and have all the documents ready. However, I lost the job recently due to expiry of my work visa. Currently, I am on maintained status (implied status).

Am I eligible or ineligible to proceed with NOI?

I have previous employers form filled and job offer which don't have any end date. Just last month I had to leave the job due to visa expiry. But have all the required documents. Can I use those information to submit the application? Will they call employer to check if I am active?

This is second time happening to me. First NOI they withdraw application because I submitted wrong document now this. Please help

That would be misrepresentation and could lead to serious repercussions if ever discovered you are not employed. Very bad idea to try to commit misrepresentation.

The issue is that they will know your work permit has expired and that you aren't working. So an application won't end up being successful unless you can change your circumstances.
