IOM travel arrangments

I have seen my GCkey this request
"Please provide confirmation that
your sponsor has contacted the International Organization(IOM) of
Migration and arranged for the payment for your travel to Canada."

please any one who know or have exprience about these

Ignore it. Laakin email IOM Ottawa asking for update. You mostly just wait until IOM calls the applicant then move on from there
