I have applied for EE while working in Quebec on a closed Work Permit.

I had submitted a letter detailing my intent to move out of Quebec after receiving the PR.

However, I have received a letter asking me to provide more information on the intent.

When I upload more information, would my application go into a queue, or would it go back to the same officer?

Will the timelines be impacted much due to this interruption in processing?

Back to the same officer. Yes, processing times will be impacted. Your application is non standard now due to the PFL. How much of an impact is hard to say. Some people get a response to a PFL in a matter of days and some wait months.

Thank you
Good luck. Note that a PFL is an intent to deny your application so make sure you put together a strong response and provide evidence to support that response.
