I have applied over two months ago to have my pr request withdrwan, however I have yet to recieve any reply from the IRCC....how long could it take ? A year, or more ?

Your withdraw request is non standard given you received a request for additional information. It should certainly not take a year to hear back however it could take a few more months. Did you ask for a GCMS? Is it extending to beyond your normal processing time?Nothing
