Im February 26, 2023 applicant, haven’t received eligibility or pre-arrival yet (not even started). Each time i call they say there’s nothing i need to submit and im under the normal processing time. From this forum I see myself very behind the process, nothing i can do except waiting, im at the stage where my patience is not there anymore. Again nothing we can do, last time I called IRCC the lady was like this processing time is approx, its not something that you will get it 100% within that timeframe. I stopped opening my GC key and checking anything which leave me disappointed for days. I feel like the representative are not experienced who answers the calls, Im already updated on the information they provide me over the phone. Anyone can check that online. I still have 5 months for the processing timeframe and Im hoping to atleast receive one update that can give me hope. The processing time was 22 months when I applied back in 2023. Now its 25 months. A month ago it was 24 months.
