WORK OFF CAMPUS CONDITION

Hello everyone,

I am posting to ask about my concerns regarding my study permit application, whether I am eligible to work off campus. I am currently a full time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree, I have re-applied and extended twice but have never received a clear statement on the off campus work conditions. Yea I do fulfilled all the listed condition but I am curious why I am allow to work off-campus on the condition but the remarks part said I am not allow.

It clearly says you cannot work off-campus as an observation.
