Hi,

I got refuse of PR application recently and also requested GCMS notes.

The notes however does not specify any reason behind the refusal, just purely that the officer is not satisfied with the job arrangement.

I have 2 options as per consultant from my lawyer (1) submit reconsideration since my profile will be re-evaluated by someone else (2) create new profile and wait for the new turn of ITA

Since I'm submitting as an outland applicant, I worry about next draw of IRCC may take longer time.

Can someone share some insights to which options I should go with please?

You need to provide your full application details if you want answers from people here. It looks like you recieved a PFL which is an intent to deny letter. Since you were refuses, it means you did not respond to that letter with adequate evidence to address the issue IRCC had raised. Requesting reconsideration has really no chance of succeeding in this case. You were already told there was an issue and failed to address this concern to IRCC's satisfaction. In my opinion your options are to either reapply from the start and wait for another ITA or to appeal the decision through an immigration lawyer.
