Has anyone file under pgp moved to Niagara fall office because of medical condition for parents or any other case ? My dad is diabetic. His creatinine level were up.

It would be really helpful is you can share your experience.

High chance he’ll need to see a nephrologist for a more in depth information about kidney function.

Yes they will make a request if they need it. An MD has to review the file. Your father should be going to a nephrologist no matter what to determine if/how much his diabetes has impacted his kidney function. Diabetes and chronic kidney disease are very common in South Asian community.
