This status used to be for pickup applicants. Not sure why BLS is using it for courier ones too. Before they used to use Dispatch in place of collection.

i have the same issue. I submitted at Surrey on 24 Aug but I still see no record found on OCI website
in the passport number on oci website did u give canadian passport number or indian passport number (the surrendered one)
how did you checked this status? did you enter the indian passport number or canadian passport number for checking the status?
Canadian passport number and application number . That's how you check it
If you haven't been able to see this that means either BLS haven't send your application yet to counselate or they haven't started processing your application yet

It's been almost 10 weeks but it's still the same status, I tried checking with BLS customer service but useless. Can anyone suggest, an effective way of contacting using effective email ?

This is normal processing speed for CGI Vancouver. To get in hand is ~12 weeks. If it doesn't get processed by end of next week, then there is some point of contacting them.

Weirdly they used Canada Post. It's was exclusively Purolator before.
My timeline below:
- In-person appointment at BLS Toronto - Aug 23
- Acknowledgement Date: Aug 31
- Document Printed at Delhi MEA: Sep 23
- OCI dispatched from Delhi MEA: Sep 24
- OCI arrived at BLS Toronto: Oct 1
- Delivered to home via Purolator: Oct 3
