Guys, COPR is generated on the tracker but didn’t receive PPR yet. It’s been more than 2 months

This is normal. The COPR ID is generated before IRCC has finalized and approved the application.

No, no fixed timeline. Could be weeks or could be months. Depends how far along they are in processing.

Even though when everything shows completed? I already recieved final decision and pre arrival. Everything in tracker is completed as well.
