Hi, I have applied for the Federal EMPP with job offer yesterday. Do you know how long it is taking to get AOR? Do you also know if there is an interview for this program? Thanks

Do you know how much your employer paid for the job offer or what procedures did he have to go through and documents required from him to provide you with the job offer through the federal EMPP Job offer stream?
Kindly advice as I've posted a thread previously regarding this specific matter with zero replies from anyone
Also advise on how you were able to obtain the job offer
I've been applying since 2023 and sent at least 7000+ resumes and application without success, although I am eligible for the EMPP Which has many advantages and way much faster processing time rather than the PNP Or express entry for instance.

Hi, the employer needs to pay nothing and there no formal procedure on how to provide you the job offer. There is only one form that the employer has to provide you and then you sign it and submit it with your application. I applied through job bank and was lucky to get the job offer and employer was willing to help with with the EMPP.
