High wage lmia

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well.
I would like to get some info regarding high wage LMIA for a restaurant as cook or shef,what are the requirements for the business,is there a cap ,currently the business has 3 full time workers Canadian and 1 foreign employer on low wage and 1 student working part time ,can the employer apply for high wage and get approved
And what are the requirements for the position for shef ,a 2 years diploma for shef and the work experience will be enough to get approved?

Have employer read through LMIA requirements because no one can tell you if business is eligible. LMIA requirements have changed. Look at NOC for chef and see what experience and education requirements are.
