I’ve recently applied for my father and mother in law as a co-signer which was rejected saying that we didn’t submit the required document for proof of income with sponsor’s name on it. Since my wife doesn’t work and I’m the co-sponsor, I submitted my T4 with my name on it, and my name is also on the invitation letter.
I’m just confused what we did wrong? Was I required to submit NOA? But their accepted docs list says either should work.
Any ideas? I can’t really re-apply if I don’t know what I did wrong.
