Work permit changes

Hi i have done my pgdm and I got my work permit and the employment location in work permit is mentioned as Mississauga. I got a job offer from quebec but as the employment location mentioned in work permit was quebec they rejected my profile. How can i make changes to the work permit. Please give some insight on this.

If you are on an open work permit then no issue.

Thanks for the information. I have tried to explain this to the emplayer bit they denied saying that the employment location is showing as Mississauga in my work permit. Any ideas on how can i change that part?

Thank you, I have just checked the link you have sent. I also checked my coop work permit. When I first landed in Canada as a student i was issued a coop work permit and the employment location is mentioned as Mississauga. And now I understood that when I applied for the pgwp and it is (employment location) also mentioned as Mississauga. And i lost a job offer from quebec now. Can you please advice on this? Is there any option that i can change this things? Few of my friends have unknow in the employment location. So how do i change this so that i am not missing out on any other employment option?
