I open the Gckey but there is no change in the application but it was showing Application updated
Nope not yet. But I assume that after GU most of the times you get an actual update on the application so I am hoping for my FD soon.
As far as I saw from others' timelines, it indicated that anytime they received GU it was either regarding their background check (criminality, info sharing & security) being completed or eligibility being passed. You can try calling IRCC and find out your current status. Hopefully, you're near the finish line.
In GCkey account what does background check status is after you call and agent said everything was passed? Is it "we will let you know when we start your background check" or "we will let you know if we need any other information"?
Mine changed to we are processing your background check to we have not started your background check.

Alhamdulillah brother! Can you please share what does it say on your tracker account? Is everything on your tracker showing as completed? Does your COPR document number showing in your tracker account?
