Hi I have received a visitor visa refusal under 179b

Which is visa officer is not satisfy that I would come back to Pakistan

My question is I am reapplying for it with better cover letter and what I forgot is to mention about my Visa rejection of Australia back in 2016 in my previous application. Shall I write that in my new application now ?? I'm really confused please give me an authentic answer

when did you applied for can visit visa

you have to mention previous refusals
if you fail to mention this, it will count as misrepresentation (if found) and can lead to bans imposed by canadian government for 5 years or so
so do not miss that,

You need to mention both the Australian refusal and now your new Canadian refusal in the new application.

Would they not say why didn't u mention Australian refusal before??

try to make your case strong, your refusal came in one week so I assume they had other doubts too
do not hide refusals and be honest in you application and try to be more convincing this time
order GCMS notes that will tell you if your refusal was because of misrepresentation or not
do not apply right away it will appear as desperation

My cousin applied with me so he had same refusal same day so I guess it is just auto generated.

This is one good answer one last question that if I mention Australian visa refusal in new application would they not ask that why I didn't mention earlier??? And how long do I wait to launch new application

you need to order GCMS notes to assess this option

the notes might have details on your refusal and if this Australian refusal was found out or not

wait for notes then decide when to reapply

I think you responded to the wrong person.

You do not need to be in Canada to apply for GCMS notes. There are many web sites / companies that provide this service and allow you to apply from outside of Canada.
