Do you have a LMIA? What kind of WP did you apply for?
No reason yet , I have applied for the ATIP to know the reason and they will reply within 30 days
IELTS : 6.5
NOC is not different from the title
Will anyone please giv e me an advise.

I have Bachelor degree in Hospitality and tourism .

Do you have a least a year of full time experience in the NOC? Your education is not even close to be a store shelf stocker. And Retail Sales Associate NOC is 64100.
So when you get notes the adress refusal but if you have no work experience then that is a big factor. And you are over-educated for a job that is not even in hospitality or tourism.
You’re applying for literally a job I had at my local co-op when I was 14. At that time I had zero degrees to my name , and was in grade nine .
You were WAY over qualified for this job, more so to come around the world for y this type of position , and you are holding a bachelor’s in something totally not related to it
No offence. But anyone can do this type of job . I did it and I wasn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer at that age .

Everything you just mentioned is very true.
However, I was searching for a job in my field with no success.
The question now, after the rejection, is: Is there any chance that I will get a work permit?

Very confused as to why you would have a BSc and want this type of job....as for your question a rejection means next time you have to build a stronger case. Otherwise it's easy to be rejected again.
I am confused as to the mismatch between your education and this job and I am so a visa officer will be too. Look a better job for your qualifications.
Low wage WP is only going to get more out of reach from here on. Maybe try finding something else. Good luck.
