Regarding the Visitor record, I have a question. Can I state the purpose of my stay as waiting in Canada until a decision is made while I am in the Express Entry pool, even though I have not received an Invitation to Apply (ITA)? ( In web form- Details to visit canada section - purpose of visit - others- Explanation please? )
