Did employee order GCMS notes to see officer’s notes to know how to address the refusal? Should do that because that is a generic reason but means that nothing was shown that child will return to home country. Reason for refusal must be addressed.Reason" not satisfied that applicant will leave Canada at the end of her stay"
You never said there was a PR application underway. You just said mother on closed work permit. That would explain the TRV refusal because child is not returning to home country. Mother can try again with pay stubs, job letter, funds etc. but if there is a PR application underway then may have to wait for approval.Just added information" mother and her daughter's medical for PR card already been processed in May 2024.
Does she need to stay in Canada for certain period before she get PR. She likes to go back to her country because her parents are very old to take care of her daughter. that's the reason she wants to apply for visit visa. She created a webform to inquire about the status of her PR application 3 days ago but still waiting for the response.
You can check IRCC processing times to give you a sense of PR processing times. When did she apply because no sense in raising a webform if within normal processing times.
