Hello, We have a PGWP and we work in NS in tier4 and we are thinking about applying through the PNP. If the company says that there is no way to apply for Work support or pay the compliance fee, this means that we cannot continue working until the PR comes out. ? We've heard about Bridging Open Work Permit, wouldn't that apply to us? Another question, if the PGWP expires before the appointment, what is the procedure? Thank you

The company is sayong clearly they will not support your immigration plans. The option here is to find another company. You will be able to work until your PGWP expires then you're out of status if you didn't apply to PR and got at least the AOR. If PGWP expires you are out of status, there is no way to extend PGWP. The other option is to find a company tha will give you LMIA closed wp

You won't get to the stage where you qualify for a BOWP without employer support.
