We have sent the Rejected Visitor Visa (3rd time rejection) to the court for settlement.
Maybe some real people will review and understand that we just need a simple visit.
Any experience with court and the whole process?

The court doesn't review your application, if they see merit they will ask IRCC to reopen the application. IRCC will then assign it to a different case officer for review.

You are probably better off requesting GCMS for all the rejections and submit a new application after addressing the concerns as judicial review is a pretty expensive process. What might seem simple to you may appear complex to IRCC.

We addressed the concerns by taking the GCMS for the previous applications and fixed them but again they rejected the case.
This is the reason we sent it to court.

Hi, could you tell me which country you applied from and if you requested a reconsideration before sent to court?

Would youshare in detail the GCMS notes (Only the officers notes part). This will help in understanding the case better and you might receive response from experienced members of the group.

Currently they are using chinook to process the applications and I wanted to see if the reasons provided are valid and in detail.

Nowadays, nothing is helpful. They reject as much as they can as they realized their policy was wrong. Innocents or guilty, both will be punished in this situation due to wrong/bad/unreasonable/false/incorrect/disaster immigration policies.

That's a very dramatic reasoning for rejection. Share what happened so people can comment and help or do your own research. Good luck.

the court confirmed the decision of chinook and did not accept the settlement to remove the rejection in the application.
what is the next steps ? Should we go for hearing session and ask lawyer to do that for us. Or we should wait and resubmit the application. What is the best course of action?
is there any chance to win the case on hearing ?
thanks

Did you mean you file a judicial review and the IRCC lawyer did not offer a settlement?

which lawyer are you using?

processing further or not depends on how strong your case is and whether it can be argued against the position IRCC has. only an experience lawyer or expert can assess the chances.

Your only option is to resubmit. Address any concern that are in GCMS notes. I would not reapply right away or it will appear that he is desperate to come to Canada.

Did you try reconsideration before going to court? If you can give the reason why it was rejected as per gcms notes, we can better understand but I think you should reapply with strong letter of explanation explaining about refusals and their concerns mentioned in rejection letter.
