Quick question: Can a refugee who has received their work permit, SIN, and Brown ID further pursue their education? Would they be eligible for domestic fees, or would international fees apply for colleges and universities?

Additionally, can they enroll in certification programs?

You can study. You need study permit and it will be international fees.

There is no international fee if your case has been accepted , you pay demostic fee and you can apply for student loan as well, but if your case is still in proccess then there will be international fee and you cant apply for laon
