Hi @Tisha07 - please don't loose hope. Keep calling IRCC. I had been calling them at least once in a month. My last call was on September 10 and I stated about that letter issued in June where it said my all doc's validated so technically will get the letter soon. I requested that IRCC agent to send another follow up for me to back office ( even though IRCC Canada call center don't know who will process this- Canada IRCC or Singapore IRCC) . So she agreed and sent a follow up. Then finally got another passport submission letter on Sep 19 and guess what???
Got VFS appointment on Sep 22 without any hassle and finally my mom submitted passport yesterday.

So please keep calling IRCC and request them to send a follow up for you. Hopefully you will get the letter soon and this painful waiting period will be over.

Thats such a good news. Thank you for sharing. I will submit webform again and start calling them may be. I checked the webform after seeing your message and the webpage looks bit updated. So got a little positive vibe. Lets see whats waiting for me.
Congrats again and hoping your mom will get the visa stamp soon.

Hi @Tisha07 - just to let you know I haven't submitted anymore webform. I would rather suggest you to call Canada IRCC again and tell them to send follow up to back office. I was afraid incase another webform might make the process more delays since they always suggest not to submit multiple webforms.

Anyway all is well when the end is well. We both got relieved now. I start dreaming of again having my parents at my home ❤
